At Vela Coaching Academy, we believe every child’s football journey is different — and that’s why our VCA Player Pathway is designed to help every player develop at the right pace, in the right environment.

🌱 Confidence Building Sessions
Perfect for beginners aged 5–11, helping players learn the fundamentals, build confidence, have fun and make friendships.

⚽ Player Development Sessions (PDS)
For players aged 7–11 with previous football experience, developing technical ability, game understanding, decision-making and match confidence.

🔥 Advanced Sessions
For players ready for an increased challenge, with a focus on advanced technique, tactical awareness, game intelligence and preparation for team football.

🏆 VCA Football Club
Players demonstrating they’re ready can progress into our club pathway — representing, competing and continuing their long-term development through teams, league fixtures and opportunities to grow.
