Welcoming lifters of all abilities with extensive experience coaching complete newbies & women. Our mission is to coach strong confident lifters to master the technical aspects of powerlifting at their own pace. With over 35 years experience we have walked the walk that others just talk.

9 years ago today was my first Worlds in Vegas. What a learning curve that was. The main was how travel and time zone changes impacts performance. I cant even remember what I lifted, all I wanted was a total on an international platform to be honest. Who remembers the carpet?

We know many of you are going to struggle to train as Bojo The Clown & Co send us all into forced hibernation again with no access to your usual gyms and training facilities. And that sucks balls big time. Some of you will not even feel like training with bands & bags in your front rooms...and you know what? That is OK!!!! If you lose the love for a while because there is a f**kton of other s**t to deal with THAT IS OK! You can ALWAYS start over again when the time is right or it is just even possible. Will you lose strength? Yes most likely. Will it be the end of the World...f**k no! You pick up where you are at and you take it from there...and trust us it really isnt bad at all 🙌

Our pocket rocket smashing her volume repping 80kg like it is nowt..nearly got that 10th (beautifully saved by ). Having a support network that truly has your back, the pushes you at the right time, holds you back when you needed it, that corrects you so you become better and never lets you get away with s**t is priceless. We are proud as f**k to be part of this amazing human's pipo!... even when she is weird and drives us crazy...or especially then ❤🦥
