Yesterday, some of our Under 9s, Cubs, and their siblings had an amazing experience as flag bearers at Saints!

Our Cubs section welcomes children from ages 3 to 6, and it was fantastic to see them involved alongside our Under 9s. The older players did a brilliant job looking after them on the pitch, making sure everyone felt confident and had the best possible time.

A great day full of smiles, teamwork, and unforgettable memories—well done to everyone involved! 💙💛

Even some of our u9s sisters were dancing yesterday as well ❤️🤍

🏉 Clock Face Miners Under 9s would like to congratulate Sir Kevin Sinfield on his knighthood! 👏👑

Everyone at Clock Face Miners U9s is delighted to see Kevin Sinfield receive this well-deserved honour in the 2026 King's Birthday Honours List.

Kevin has been recognised for his outstanding contributions to Rugby League and for his incredible fundraising efforts in support of the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) community. Through his determination, selflessness and commitment to helping others, he has inspired millions both within sport and beyond.

His dedication to supporting his friend and former teammate, Rob Burrow, and raising awareness and vital funds for those affected by MND has shown the very best values of rugby – courage, loyalty, teamwork and compassion.

A true role model for players of all ages.
Congratulations Sir Kevin Sinfield – a legend of the game and an inspiration to us all. 💙💛🏉

Last night, 11 of our squad headed over to the BrewDog Stadium to watch Saints take on Warrington.

The boys were meant to be playing at half time, but unfortunately the weather had other plans and it had to be called off.

That didn’t stop them though – they still got to take part in the flag ceremony, watch their idols up close, and experience a tough game of rugby.

There’s nothing quite like stepping foot on that field… the same place their heroes play, and where they may dream of playing in the future.
It’s all about making memories, and that’s exactly what they did.

Not the result we wanted on the night, but every one of these lads had an amazing time 👏🏉
