Morning!, I now can provide personal training in the comfort of your own home, especially if you find it hard to face walking into a gym as it can be quite intimidating place if you have gained weight, lost fitness and self esteem, or the dreaded menopause bloat, aches sweats and pains, being 54 myself I know!, but I’m here to help you get back to feeling good about yourself inside and out.
Did you know exercise also boosts mental health too, which we all could do with from time to time .
