It's been a while since we had a round up (& for that I can only apologise)!

There have been social runs, handicap runs, fell runs, trail runs and road runs of all different distances! There's even been a run that involved beer, prosecco, milk and doughnuts 🍺🥂 🥛 🍩

🧠 ⭐ St Bees Triers Charity Challenge ⭐🧠

Saturday 27th June 9am - 9pm at Adams Rec, St Bees

Fun for all the family - including a little kiddies area to keep the little ones entertained whilst you test yourself with some of the challenges and have a cuppa and a cake ☕ 🍰

Who is ready for another round up!?

This week has been a busy one!

A good group of members tackled Keswick Round The Houses on Wednesday and Joe, Danielle and Lucy ran Brigham 10k on Saturday. It was amazing to see two Trier ladies in the top 5 with Danielle getting 1st Female and 1st in her age category and Joe taking 1st in his age category!

Gill took on the Beyond Newcastle 25k Trail run getting 1st in her age category and 7th female overall. What a comeback after injury 👌🏼👏🏼

Megan and Rebecca took on Blue Streak 10k Trail run posting fab times and lots of pictures around the RAF base!

Diana ran Blackpool Half Marathon whilst Reece took on the Full Marathon both achieving some incredible times.

Finally, the three amigos (Emma, Bekah and Robbie) ran a very hot but memorable London Marathon showing grit and determination in some difficult conditions.

It's amazing to see all our members taking on a variety of different races showing that no matter what length the race is and no matter how fast you run it.. be proud.. you're incredible!

Another great couple of weeks for the Triers.

Firstly.. a massive well done must go to Addie for completing the Manchester Marathon yesterday. You absolutely smashed it and those long months of determination and training truly paid off 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Last week Isla and Paul tackled at Hawkshead 💪🏼

Laura and Brian were back up the fells running Newlands Memorial Fell Race and Bekah ran at Lorton 10k this weekend 👏🏼

It's been a busy couple of weeks for the Triers!

Andrea completed the Haweswater Half Marathon, Brian and Laura have been fell racing up Black Coombe, some Triers were Sunday socialising round Muncaster, Vicky completed new event at Leighton Hall & the three amigos have been out training for the London Marathon
