Stronger in the gym, bolder in life — here’s what training really gave me.
For me, the gym started as a way to get a flat stomach and see the number on the scales go down.
But the number went up… along with my muscle, strength, and confidence.
My flat stomach is still en route, yet to arrive, but my legs charge through the miles towards marathon day.
I stand taller in life, reaching beyond my comfort zone.
I’m lighter in mind, embracing challenges, refusing to accept defeat, and moving forward one step at a time.
The freedom is the best part — freedom to explore, freedom to live, freedom to push limits, grow, and build resilience, gaining clarity along the way. 🌿💪
