Irish dancing classes in Ruislip. Clann in Irish means 'family'. Taught by Bro & Sister. All welcome Irish Dance Classes for girls & boys aged 4+. First class free!

Irish Dancing improves children’s fitness, confidence and mental health - however what is most important is for them to enjoy and have fun. Classes are taught by qualified teachers and DBS checked Alexandra Shetcliffe (TCRG) and David Shetcliffe (TCRG). Every Saturday - all levels welcome.

10-11am for beginners and 10am-noon for advanced. Location: Sacred Heart Scout / Guide Hut, Ruislip HA4 8NN

That’s a wrap for 2026 celebrating St Patrick’s weekend with Clann Academy of Irish Dancing

This is always such a fantastic time to be an Irish Dancer. Our Clanners ☘️ loved dancing in all different locations from pubs, care homes to parties.

We are already counting down the days for St Patrick’s weekend in 2027!!

🪡 New dress day 🪡 🥳 New waitcoat day 🥳

Our Clanners ☘️ have been so excited since they were first measured up. Now seeing and wearing their first class costumes have made them elated 🏁❤️🏁

We are thrilled with the Clann dresses and waitcoat. We might be biased but don’t they look so good!!

Clann Academy of Irish Dancing won the double at The All Englands !!

Hard work pays off 🥳💪🏻

We were over the moon when Brooke ☘️ won her first ever Trophy dance 🥇 !! Not sure who was more in shock - Brooke or her mum- what a lovely moment to witness ❤️

Then later on in the day, Grace ☘️ won her Trophy dance 🥇. She danced beautifully and was such a joy to see her lift the trophy.

It is always great to hear our Clanners’ names being read out loud and see their names on the big screen.

A very Merry Irish Dancer - taken from one of the best Christmas jumpers we have ever seen!!

Ally and David would like to wish all our Clanners ☘️ and their families a very Merry Christmas 🎄

At our last class - families were invited in to watch the dancing and we had a special visit from Santa 🎅

Ally’s Finn and Ciara were also there and our Clanners made them very welcome.

Last class of the year is always very special and was filled with pure joy, laughter and love ❤️

What a treat - watching Riverdance with our Clann Academy of Irish Dancing ❤️ ☘️ ❤️

We had such a fun day out with our Clanners and parents 🤩🥳🤩!

Seeing our Clanners’ faces watch Riverdance for the first time was special. However those of us who have watched Riverdance hundred of times before - the show never disappoints and always is so impressive.
