LUBLIN 2021
Grigory Laguta stays to lead the team with Jaroslaw Hampel also returning while Mikkel Michelsen had a great season and will be seen as a solid back up while they have snapped up the impressive Domink Kubera from Leszno as their under 24 rider and he will be the key rider for them.
Krystof Buczkowski joins from Grudziadz as second string.
Wiktor Lampart impressed at reserve and returns with Mateusz Cierniak to hopefully back up the top five. Not going to be title contenders but may shock a few and if they can get to the play offs who knows.

BACK IN THE BIG LEAGUE
Torun return to the top flight after a year away and promoted as Division One Champions. They have a familiar look about them as Chris Holder is still here as is younger brother Jack who had a great spell at Gorzow as a guest and turned their season around.
They have recalled Pawel Predzpelski after a spell at Czestochowa where he did a solid job. Also Adrian Meidzinski has signed on but will most likely share that place with Tobias Musielak who helped them to the title.
Big signing however is getting SEC Champion and GP star Robert Lambert as their under 24 rider who last season was at Rybnik fighting a solo battle. The GB star is the compulsory U24 rider each team must track and will be challenging for top spot in the team. Certainly the best rider around in that position and he openly admits he was approached by all tracks to get him signed.
They have bought in a few useful potential reserves but as good as it is to see them back in the top flight. No one is expecting to see them challenge for the title reaching the play offs maybe.

CZESTOCHOWA 2021 BACK TO CHALLENGE THE BULLS
last season they failed to live up to prediction by missing the play offs despite a brilliant top three and numerous club mistakes didn't help but they are back and ready to ROAR with Leon Madsen leading the team with World number three Freddie Lindgren also returning. Jason Doyle has moved to Champions Leszno and Pawel Predzpelski has returned to Torun but they have moved in to sign Bartosz Smektala as the arguably the best under 24 year old in the league.
They have also signed Kacper Woryna from Rybnik as a second string who could be a key figure next season. At reserve the impressive Jakub Miskowiak is back and with a few good showings Swidnicki will partner him to form a decent heat two pairing.
If Smektala can settle down quickly and Woryna can find his potential they will surely be challenging for the title this time.
Jonas Jeppeson is another in the squad and under 24 too

GRUDZIADZ 2021 NEW LOOK
With Artem Laguta moving to Wroclaw they have had to make a change on how they look but they will again be led by former World Champion, Nicki Petersen (43) and also Kenneth Bjerre plus Shamek Pawlicki and they have snapped up the inconsistent Krystof Kasprzak. They have bought in Norbert Krakowiak as the under 24 year old.
The reserves don't change much Lotarski is back and showed up well last season and they have a few others ready to go.
Won't be title contenders but on their day they will spring a few surprises but need the top four to win more races.
Roman Lachbahn is also back as a under 24 option.

World Champion, Bartosz Zmarzlik continues as the top man with a new contract that makes him the highest paid rider the club has had.
To help him at the top end they have bought in GP Star, Martin Vaculik and bring back Anders Thomsen who improved greatly last season. Also Simon Wozniak who really came good as the season went on and was picked for the Polish son team with Zmarzlik.
Rafal Karczmarz now moves up as the under 24 rider and may find it tough but they have a few good juniors in Jasinski, Nowaki so should be contenders again but this time not playing catch up.

ZIELONA GORA 2021
Patryk Dudek, Piotr Protasiewicz and Mateusz Tonder (U24) stay with the club. To boost the top end and be more consistent they have bought in GP winner Max Fricke and GP Star, Matej Zagar to form a good top five.
With two talented reserves they will be looking to be more of a threat next season.

2021 SPARTA GET SERIOUS
To add to Maciej Janowski and triple World Champion, Tai Woffinden they have moved in to sign GP star, Artem Laguta from Grudziadz to form a big top three.
Out goes Max Fricke to Zielona Goes while Maksym Drabik is still fighting his suspension so had to be ruled out. As teams now have to field a under 24 rider, now 22 year old, Gleb Chuganov fills that space nicely and now is on a Polish licence and going to represent Poland in international events. With an impressive end to the season British youngster , Dan Bewley turned his season around and also signed up for next season which is going to be tough but has good people around him to help
Premslaw Liska is now the main reserve while the Curzytek brothers are also in contention to partner him atbreserve. They may be a bit weaker at the tail end but the top three are going to hit big points home and away so only time will tell but pressure is on Gleb and Dan to score vital points.
Should be there or there abouts as usual.

2021 LESZNO STILL THE TEAM TO BEAT
Leszno go into the new season after the departures of Bartosz Smektala and Dominik Kubera both now under 24 riders at new clubs (Czestochowa and Lublin)
Emil Sayfitdinov continues as top man and Piotr Pawlicki as home town captain. Janusz Kolodiej still a big scorer continues at the club as does World Under 21 Champion, Jaimon Lindsey as the under 24 rider.
To replace Smektala and Kubera they have enlisted the services of 2017 World Champion, Jason Doyle to form a brilliant top five.
But it's at reserve they may hold the key once again as they unveil hot shot junior Damian Ratajczek who is tipped to be a future big star. At reserve many think he will be the top reserve next season. They have a few more talented under 21 riders to take up the second reserve spot.
Have to start as favourite for fifth consecutive title

Rybnik not really in it lost reserves early so struggled to cover rides. Woryna only worthy of mention Milik did OK. Zielona with Dudek and Jensen clear winners good job Vaculik and Lindback never shone.
