Does your child want to get into the great game of rugby? Living in the home of the game it really should be a must 😅

The U9’s team have just started their pre season and we would like to invite anyone who is starting Year 4 to try this amazing game.

Training is currently Sunday’s 9:30 - 10:30am at Rugby St Andrews, Hillmorton Road, Rugby, CV22 5QQ

It’s more than just a game. It’s about personal development, making friends and becoming a better and stronger individual both mentally and physically.

Great first pre-season session this morning.

Everyone did amazing and worked through each of the drills with great energy.

We will be carrying out more open pre season training sessions next Sunday (16th August), so if you know anyone who would like to cone along and join in the fun free to join us.

Our sessions start at 9:30am - 10:30am venue: Rugb St Andrews RFC, Hillmorton Road, Rugby, CV22 5QQ

End of season presentation awards for the U8’s team.

As the season comes to an end so does the form of Tag Rugby. We move into next season with full contact. We are really excited to see you all continue your development of this great game here at Rugby St Andrews RFC 🏉 🏆

Thank you to all the parents for your support throughout the season.

We have a nice break through the month of May and will be adding some fun team bonding activities and open training sessions from June. Look out on here for notifications over the close season.

Great training session again this morning. Really great energy from everyone. 💪🏻

Great to see the parents getting involved especially during our end of session kick off challenge. Well done to Hugo D and coach Tom G-M for longest kick for the players and parents.

Our end of season presentations are Sunday 10th May. We will update times etc on our group page.

Great games today for all of the team. Played with the bare 7 players over two matches and all gave it everything across both matches.

Coaches player of the week: Charlo!!! Both Arlo and Charlie played fantastically today. Both deserving to be awarded together 🏅 🏅

Parents player of the week: Toby 🏅
Put his body on the line in defence and took on the other team in attack brilliantly 💪🏻

We have a wknd off with Easter next wknd 🐣 from all us coaches have a lovely wknd.

We return for a change in schedule on 12th April for training. Old Scouts do not have an U8’s team available so we have decided to have a training session. So more tactical contact training ready for next season 🤼
