April was the month I jumped back in the car and started seeing my customers again! 🚗

I’ve been here, there and everywhere, catching up with existing customers and meeting new ones, discussing the APECS cylinder ranges and all things hardware.

It’s been great to showcase our latest hardware range in person, as well as demonstrating the Tedee smart lock.

I also love seeing how customers are using our products and making the most of the point of sale materials, it’s brilliant to see it all come together in real settings.

Last week I was out on the road, and one of my visits was to see Tom at Top Locks Yorkshire.

Tom has been using us for years, and honestly, seeing everything he’s built was amazing. The showroom is absolutely stunning, and what really stood out was the children’s area… such a thoughtful touch to keep little ones entertained while parents can take their time looking around.

He’s genuinely thought of every detail.

It was also great to see APECS locks proudly on display throughout the showroom doors, showcased exactly how they should be.

A real pleasure catching up with Tom… I always love seeing a success story like this.
