As preparations for the new season get under we may have space for new players.

If you're interested in playing Sunday league football for Ruddington Football Club drop us a message and come down to one of our pre season training sessions or friendlies and try out for the team.

We will be playing in EMPAL division 1 next season after maintaining our top flight status in our first division 1 season. We're now looking to build towards an even better league finish next time round 💪

A goalless draw today vs. Edwalton Cavaliers including a fantastic save from Charlie at the end to maintain the clean sheet at the end. But it was defender Simmo that got the player of the match award 🏆

A 2-0 defeat to a Fanzines team today who are currently topping the league.

All the lads battled, but it was a man of the match performance from Brad at the back.

An entertaining game today vs. Edwalton Cavaliers where the points were shared.

Rudd were 3-1 down at one point but the lads kept it together to fight back and get the draw.

Goals from Toby, Stephen, Alex T and Jake C got the point ⚽⚽⚽⚽

Man of the match was too difficult to choose today so goes to both Ben and Alex 🏆🏆

Match Week 4: West Bridgford Knights 6 - 1 Ruddington Village

A tough day at the office today, the main consolation being Danny G getting the man of the match award on his comeback trail from injury.

A week to improve ahead of the reverse fixture next weekend.

Match Week 3: Ruddington Village 2 - 4 Notts Medics

A first defeat of the season in a game with multiple opportunities for us to get back into it, but not our day today!

It was a family affair on the Ruddington score sheet though, with Gaffer and Uncle Lee, with nephew Corey both bagging the goals ⚽⚽

George won the man of the match award from left back 🏆

Last Sunday we achieved our first win in EMPAL Division 1!!! Great performance all round but Sam earned man of the match 🏆
