It's Not Always About Massive Transformations ❗
This post isn't to showcase a huge transformation,
If you scroll down my page,
You'll see plenty of client results,
Ones where you'll look at the before and after and see a HUGE difference.
That isn't the case with these photo's, but that wasn't the goal either.
Don't get me wrong, if you have 2 good working eyes,
You can CLEARLY see the changes that happened across our time working together.
There's an improved body composition,
Less overall bodyfat,
More muscle mass,
You can see this more around the back & glutes specifically.
When Rawinder approached me she had one simple goal,
To stronger, learn how to lift properly & have confidence in what she was doing on the gym floor.
She had already had a bit of experience training, but didn't know too much.
Across the course of a good year, we worked across multiple different phases of training to increase strength.
Developed a better understanding of how to perform various, more complex lifts at a high standard.
And gained a LOT more confidence in her ability to take charge of training when she was on her own.
We also worked on developing better eating habits.
Gained structure & Control around nutrition.
This & the training paired together,
The physical improvements were a byproduct of this.
And that's exactly why sometimes,
Taking the focus away from how you look and focusing on the other things,
Only makes you look better anyway 😅
You don't have to be new to training to start my coaching,
