All our teams were in action today and some great football was played......

The U10s took part in a really exciting match with end to end action and goals galore. We set off at a blistering pace and really showed our quality. Great attacking football from the lads and another quality match, putting into practice what they learn in training sessions. Well done 👏

The U14s played in a tough match. They worked the ball well and showed the qualities they all possess. A really good game for the lads today and they showed their potential for next season with great teamwork and some truly outstanding goals. Well done lads 👏

The U14 Greys battled for the full match but luck wasnt on their side today. Usually they would have walked away with 4 or 5 goals but it just didnt happen today. That said, they still showed they are a force to be reckoned with. Good examples of team work and ball skills. Well done lads 👏

Stars of the Week

U10s - our little Messi showed how great he is today. Great work rate, great dribbling and a fantastic goal to round it all off. Excellent performance 👏

U14s - a brace of goals and a match impacting performance saw this player deservedly win MOTM. Quality through and through and we know he has more to give. Well done player 👏

U14 Greys - another outstanding performance from this player. Unfortunately his game time today was cut short due to a head injury but the impact he had on the game was immense. Fantastic effort 👏

Just the two teams in action this weekend, before the mid week matches begin for our U14s teams.....

The U10s played a great match with end to end action and plenty of goals. It was another great team performance by this team of budding superstars and the lads worked hard from start to finish. A really impressive team performance. Well done lads 👏

The U14 Greys played in a tough battle where they dominated play. An outrageous goal scored from distance by one of the lads and a second goal to seal the win saw the lads put in another class performance. A great display of what these lads are capable of. Well done lads 👏

Stars of the Week

U10s - this superstar recently moved to playing in midfield from defence....two amazing goals and an assist show that it was a great move!! A well deserved MOTM award to this amazing young man 👏

U14 Greys - to win MOTM amongst a team of players performing like the Greys are shows the level of football this player reached during the match this week. The coaches could have chosen any of the players for MOTM but this player was all over the pitch making tackles and passes the entire match. Outstanding 👏

All our teams played tough matches today....

U10s got off to a slow start and took some time to settle into the game. Once they found their feet they gave the opposition a good game. A few players missing today, including the keeper so well done and thank you to the lads who offered to play in goal. Unfortunately the frantic ten minutes at the start of the match was costly but the lads kept their heads held high and gave 100% for every minute of the game.

U14s had a busy day with end to end action. Some good football on display but despite the lads best efforts the result didnt go their way. The coaches are happy with the change in attitude and performance from the lads and they are starting to gel and come together as a team. Keep your heads up lads

The U14s Greys weren't their usual selves today. Silly bickering within the team and a lacklustre display meant that the result didnt go their way. Unusually they were 2nd to every ball and didn't play how we are used to seeing them play. That said, the lads are a capable bunch and we have no doubt they will bounce back next week.

U10 - a great defensive display on show today by this young start and he really made it hard work for the other team. Excellent work and well played 👏

U14 Greys - despite the performances on show today this player still put in an outstanding performance and played hard for the full match. Great stuff 👏
