A huge well done to for smashing his first Ultra on Saturday with a 50km run over the downs to Hove. I feel so privileged as a PT when people trust me to help them come up with a training plan and join them as they achieve bucket list goals. Dan overcame injury and managed to fit the training in around a stressful job and family life - a total inspiration. On to the next goal…!

Happy Pancake Day! Here are my two favourite pancake recipes 😘 *

Are you using the next 40 days to build any positive habits? Here’s what I’m thinking…

1.) No processed food. I don’t eat a lot of processed food but recently when I’m out I’ve found myself reaching for pre-made protein bars. So those are out for lent whilst I try to correct this habit.

2.) At least 5 minutes of hand standing everyday. I’m determined to hit that Easter goal. The only way to do it is to be consistent with my drills, increase that time under tension and play play play (loved playing handstands with you yesterday )

3.) It’s easy to slip into habits of negative self-talk… so I’m going to try to write down something awesome I’ve achieved everyday (gonna find this one hard!).
