A huge well done to for smashing his first Ultra on Saturday with a 50km run over the downs to Hove. I feel so privileged as a PT when people trust me to help them come up with a training plan and join them as they achieve bucket list goals. Dan overcame injury and managed to fit the training in around a stressful job and family life - a total inspiration. On to the next goal…!
