Quick reminder for all the members of the gym…9am Saturday morning we are doing a members photo for the gym. I want to try get as many of us ladies and gents on as possible so I can have it blown up to put on the gyms wall with the other stuff we have coming. Would be appreciated if as many as possible can be there

We can also do a second one on Sunday morning for anyone who can’t make it Saturday if that would also help everyone out.. LET ME KNOW

In September we will be having the upstairs mezzanine extended to give us another 500 square feet. More room for current and new members and more new equipment that we currently have on order means we don’t need to sacrifice any of our current kit… so more arm , back , leg and glute kit will be incoming

Inside a year to have got to that point is a blessing and the reason I always try to give back. Because if it wasn’t for you lot I wouldn’t be able to live my dream every day! And we wouldn’t have created the fantastic gym that we have. Thankyou ❤️

This Sunday 16th August again is our adult and children’s gym session. 2-3pm. Again it’s about us encouraging children into activity other than being on an iPad or computer, bonding and interacting with other kids , and doing something fun with their parents outside of the house. Please let us know if you fancy coming along with your children and pop us a message. Be at the gym around 145-150pm so our staff can talk you through it as per

This is a call to all members of the gym… Saturday August 29th I’m wanting to get as many of us together so I can have a huge gym photo done of us all together outside the house of iron
.. it’s something that I want to have done so we can all look back at over the last 10 months and say thankyou to everyone of you that shows up day in day out and fills me full of pride of the fu***ng effort you put in!

I intend on having this blown up and making its way onto the wall in the gym shortly after.. I hope you can all help me out and be part of this really special thing I want to try get done
