Hi it’s been a while!
For all those who have attended FFF sessions in the past just remember all those important functional exercises that you can do at home.
Use this time to improve aspects of fitness you’ve not had chance to work on in a while. Parents, make it a family activity.
I’d love to offer group sessions while you are off but kinda goes against why we are off 👎.
Any help/ideas/questions let me know. Why not watch some of our old videos for inspiration or dust off the take home packs
