From the very beginning and still here🤍

One of the loveliest things about TheBabyYogaRoom is getting to watch your little ones grow.

This gorgeous little one has been with us right from the very beginning, and now they’re 4 months old and still coming along to baby yoga!

Seeing those little faces change, watching babies become more confident and seeing mums return week after week honestly makes my heart so happy.

It’s not just about baby yoga… it’s about creating a little community, making memories and having that special hour to connect with your baby and other mums. 🤍

Baby yoga isn’t about your baby being able to “do yoga”.

Ever wondered what happens before and after our baby yoga sessions? 👀💕

This little video shows me getting everything ready for your little ones, setting up the space, creating a calm and welcoming environment… and then the not-so-glamorous tidy-up afterwards! 😂

But it’s all worth it when I see those gorgeous little smiles!

I had the honour of leading my baby yoga session with the Buggies and Brews community Wednesday for a special baby yoga session in the park.

There’s something so lovely about getting outdoors with your little one, meeting other mums, having a chat and enjoying some time together — all while your babies stretch, move, play and explore. From gentle stretches to help aid trapped wind/ constipation, colic etc it was the perfect way to spend a sunny day! ☀️💕.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us — we absolutely loved seeing so many mums and babies enjoying baby yoga together. 🥹🫶

For me, it's never been just about running a class or owning a business—it's so much more than that.

It's about creating special moments and meaningful connections between parents and their little ones. It's about watching families grow in confidence, celebrating the small wins, whether that's helping to ease trapped wind and colic or finally getting baby to nap for longer than ten minutes. Most importantly, it's about building a supportive community where parents feel seen, supported and understood.

That's my why.
