Mountbatten School Badminton Club

Mountbatten School Badminton Club Mountbatten School Badminton Club based in Romsey meet each Tuesday night. We have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for players of all abilities.

Both men and women play in mixed-doubles matches - that way, more people get to play in games involving players of various abilities. We all play for fun, the social side of the game and to keep ourselves active and fit. How many games you play depends on how many courts we use and how busy it is on the night. To play, you will need a badminton racket, training shoes and clothes suitable for running around in. Shuttlecocks are provided.

A message to anyone wanting to play some badminton!!!

We currently play every Tuesday from 2000-2130 at the Mountbatten School in Romsey, and it's normally about 12-16 people every week. We play doubles, use peg system, use plastic shuttlecocks, and it's only £3.00 per attendance, as it's a non profit & non-league badminton club, we play for fun & social side of things. If you're interested, or just want to give it a try, you can always message us for more details, or just attend Tuesday night at the Mountbatten School, Main Hall (2000-2130). We play for about 42-45 weeks a year.

You're welcome to attend as a visitor up to 5 sessions, before deciding if you'd like to join as a member. Membership is £30.00 per year and our season/year runs from Sep-Aug.
