The challenge on the range this week: hit exactly 150 yards, three balls to do it.

First ball flew 190. Second didn't register. Third - 154, agonisingly close.

It's much harder than it sounds. Our Toptracer bays measure every shot to the yard, open seven days a weekmcome and see how close you get.

⛳ George on the Course: Hole 6

🏌️‍♂️Par 4 | 269 yards | Stroke Index 2

Short but potentially tricky. Hole 6 is the one that looks friendly but bite next to the water.

George’s drive took the scenic route, flying perilously close to the drink, but decided against a swim. Cheeky pitch in followed, landing close enough that he didn’t even look before rolling in the putt for birdie.

Ice cold. Not even a glance.

Stroke Index 2 says this hole means business. George says otherwise.

Your turn, can you beat a no-look birdie? 👀

Give it everything.🏌️⛳

This summer, our junior golfers are out on the course giving it their all. Big swings, bigger smiles, and not a worry in the world about hitting it right or true.

That’s the whole idea behind young people playing golf at Whalebone. This is a short look at ourJunior Academy Graduation Challenge which starts again in September. Until then our Junior Golf Camps with George continue to run all summer long:

🗓️ Tuesdays, 1–4pm (3hr camp) — £35
🗓️ Thursdays, 2–5pm (5hr camp) — £55

✅ No experience needed
✅ Everything included
✅ Just 8 spaces per camp

📞 Call 07772 660570
📧 Email [email protected]
🔗 Visit the coaching link in our bio.

And it doesn’t stop when the camp ends either - kids play free on the main course every day after 4pm when accompanied by a paying adult. The perfect way to put those new skills straight to work.

Play as you are. Golf is everyone. ⛳

“…blazing a trail to make the game of golf more inclusive and accessible…”

We’re a proud club in Chadwell Heath with a big idea: golf shouldn’t come with a dress code, a fear of getting it wrong, or a price tag kids can’t afford.

The world’s biggest golf publications are starting to pay attention.

Golf is everyone. Play as you are.

Hole 5. Par 3. 111 yards, a relatively easy hole, on paper at least.

George's tee shot leaves him a look at birdie, and he's standing over the putt like he means business. Does it drop?

Comment below if you've ever bettered George's score on hole 5.

Hole 4 at Whalebone Golf Club.

Par 3. 156 yards. One direction George definitely wasn’t aiming for.

He found the rough on the left and still walked off with a 4. Sometimes golf isn’t about the pretty shot, it’s about the recovery. 🏌️

Hole 4: short, sharp, and not as forgiving as the yardage suggests.

Can you beat George’s 4 on 4? Or have you already? Let us know via the comments below.
