Here is where a beginner can rub shoulders with a fighter and learn all there is in boxing
Wether your doing it for fitness or wether it’s to compete are welcome and a levels can get the same work
We have our own shows which you can compete or come to watch it be apart of the elite family

Our shake bar is growing with love, ideas and passion with every day that passes
The ever growing menu is becoming a main attraction to the gym get your self a healthy meal or drink after a good session or maybe a treat for yourself whilst the kids are training ☺️
