From the fresh faced 19 year old who walked in for his first WOD, to the mullet wearing mega snatching, coaching machine on the verge of making it to the CrossFit games. If anyone demonstrates that consistency, hard work, and discipline will take you where you want to go in life it’s .joseph . Success is never linear, there are set backs, learning opportunities, and bumps in the road. But if you always get up one more time than you fall, you’ll succeed.
