Let the busy brain be given a holiday: connect to the ground and rest.
Releasing tension is found through the process of relaxing our body.
For most of us It’s not easy to stop doing what we do: rushing around, fixing things, making sure we fit into what others expect and coping with life in general.
There are layers and layers of tension in our body that has built up over years of lead if the life we have.
Learning to relax will give greater mobility to joints as they will stop being ‘held’. Discomfort can be replaced with softening and coping will be replaced with receiving.
