🚨 BRAND NEW TO GIDEA PARK — ROOKIE LIFEGUARD! 🛟🏊

We’re excited to launch Rookie Lifeguard for the very first time at Gidea Park!

A fun way for children to develop lifesaving, water-safety and rescue skills while building confidence and teamwork in the water.

Throughout the programme, our Rookies will learn self-rescue, survival, rescue techniques, first aid and lifesaving sport skills.

🛟 Who can join?
Ages 8+, swimming at Stage 6+ and able to swim at least 25 metres.

FREE TASTER SESSIONS
Saturday 5th September — 9:00am & 9:30am
Sunday 6th September — 10:35am & 11:05am

⭐ Course starts Friday 11th September at 6:30pm
45-minute sessions | Only 8 spaces available

This is a fantastic next step for children who love swimming and are ready to learn skills that could one day help save a life. ❤️
