Congratulations to coached athlete Craig, who has just set new PB benchmarks in his CSS Swim Test of 6:52 for 400M and 3:15 for 200M. Craig has been a coached athlete for some time and is still achieving PB’s under the guidance of Comrades in Coaching. Head Coach Paul is looking forward to toeing the start line with Craig at Challenge Roth in 2023.

is one of our recent athletes to join our coached team. She has amazing potential and and both recognise this in her. We are really excited to be working with her and will enjoy watching her grow from strength to strength. Sometimes you just need a bit of guidance and belief of your potential and you’ll do great things. Today Colette went and smashed her 5km PB with 24min13sec. Huge congratulations and well deserved.

A massive 5min PB at today’s London Tri. This is evidence that being coached in triathlon can really help you progress in the sport that we love. All you need is a bit of guidance, structure and coached experience and you’ll progress. We just want to thank for trusting in us and delivering the goods and thank you to his supporting wife Fiona for being so understanding. We are super proud of you. Well done - you can now put your feet up and have a few rest days 😁

Congratulations to coached athlete Darren, who achieved a personal best 5k run time of 17:52 this week, taking a minute off his previous best.
Darren has been coached by Comrades in Coaching for just 10 weeks and his results have been amazing in all three disciplines.
This is what structure can do for your performance. Comrades in Coaching prides itself on no gimmicks. We focus on getting the best results for yourself, regardless of whether you have been coached before or whatever level you are at. Led by experienced GB age group triathletes and coaches, who still compete at top end of the field in mainstream Triathlon events. Credibility is very important to us.

So Comrades, exciting news, our coach Debbie will be leading the Tri247 ride tonight on Zwift at 19:05. It is an honour to be asked to lead this - a privilege typically reserved only for pro triathletes and notable, experienced coaches within our sport. As you know there’s no gimmicks with Debbie’s sessions, all about getting the work done and seeing the improvements. This one is ideal for those wanting to get the best out of themselves in the Olympic distance bike leg. Would be good to see as many Comrades as possible joining the ride 👍
