5-A-Side Rules
1. No Bullying: Unless it’s the ball—we’re here to tackle it, not each other’s feelings.
2. Respect Everyone: Even that one guy who thinks he’s playing in the Champions League.
3. Play Fair: If you dive, you’d better make it Oscar-worthy.
4. Encourage Teammates: Shout “unlucky!” even if their shot goes into a completely different postcode.
5. No Rough Play: We’re here to lose weight, not teeth.
6. All Are Welcome: Whether you’re Messi or just messy, you’re on the team.
7. Positive Vibes: Moaning is only allowed if it’s about how sweaty you are.
8. Must be astroturf boots and pads no blades 😂
