Another strong week for PWBC with two brilliant matches and some fantastic teamwork all round 💚💛

The weather was finally on our side, the green played well, and both games went right down to the wire with some incredibly close scores!

Plenty of great bowls, great company, and plenty of fight shown by everyone involved. Well done to all players representing the club this week 👏

Fantastic to see young people visit our club and roll a few woods

To continue the game of lawn bowls, we need to be encouraging younger people to take part and carry the sport into the future

Another busy week ahead at Pontymister Welfare Bowling Club 💚💛

We’re looking forward to welcoming students from Crosskeys College on Monday, followed by two big home league fixtures during the week before travelling for cup and league action on Friday and Saturday.

Our green will also be open Friday 2pm–4pm for all members.

Never played before? Why not come along and give bowls a try.
Friendly atmosphere, great company, and plenty of support from our members.
