It should be more talk about how hard it is to achieve ur dream body and get back to where u started
U know u can do it again because u done it once or more, but how mentally hard is it even u had the best gift, and that's why your body changed
I'm so blessed to have my little princess, but it's so hard mentally to accept how ur body looks now
If u feel the same mama, don't give up. We can do it
That little human u created watching u
And achieving your goals will be more sweet than ever
Setting and example for your little one they can achieve everything ♥️♥️💪

Nov2023 from competing till giving birth
I would say I bounch back quite good from pregnancy
Now we mark 12weeks postpartum on Friday I will start back on my training and start to drop the 3 stone what I gain back last year before pregnancy due steroids and illness
Now I feel the pressure more to focus on my health and well being then ever I have a little human who needs to be looked after and need to see a good example
So far I done 6 weeks of postpartum recovery and walking trying to found a stability ground to be a mam and follow my passion and be the best I can be
I will try to log my next 3 month and show u guys won't be drastic because im still breastfeeding Iyla and she comes first

This video and looking back at how far I come keeps me going every day
Having underactiv thyroid makes u feel s**t al the time
You constantly tired moody hormonal
You have dry skin spots and losing your hair it's not fun at all
But showing up every day thicking all the boxes what is really matter
Im on supplements and try to help my immune system as much as I can
If you have any of these symptoms, please listen to your body ask help
Sometimes our bloods they will be fine but that doesn't mean everything is okey

Focusing on my health and trusting the progress
Weight is slightly up today, but we are thicking every box each day .....tiredness is something else. Even sleeping 8 -10 hours a day, I feel like I didn't sleep a minute....
One advice foe everyone being in a fat loss or weight loss journey dont keep up keep doing you each and every day the result will follow
Making yourself proud is the best thing u can do
