Handstand regression 👇

Place a block against your forearms to shorten the lever. This:
• reduces shoulder demand
• helps you stack properly
• lets you spend longer upside down

Sometimes the best way to progress is to make the movement easier first.

Inverted or upside down press to handstand.using the stall/wall bars.

Good flexibility of the shoulders is needed to get in the position, along with hamstring length.

It’s a great exercise to help with the press to handstand 💪
