New engine is in place, Motec wired and a few other little things to do. Then it’s off to the dyno for tuning.
Hopefully we’ll be ready for Winton test day in Sept.

Well we always knew this moment would come. The poor old VQ35DE decided enough was enough blowing as much smoke as Ricketts down the back straight of The Bend.
Work has begun on the VQ35HR transplant which will start out naturally aspirated while developing the twin turbo setup.

1st race today was full of turmoil. A blown engine in Ricketts Pulsar caused a Safety Car which Gillett didn’t see resulting in him passing Arnold under the SC. Arnold readdressed his position leaving them both with a 15 sec penalty and a start from pit lane.
This afternoons race is reverse grid which sees Simon on the front row and a mob of fast cars behind him
Can he make it into turn 1 first??

Another foggy start for racing day 1 at The Bend, V-power Motorsport Park.
4 sessions of practice yesterday saw great improvement for our first time here.
Qually this morning with the first race just after 12.
