To all my loyal customers.
After over 25 years of milk delivery, I have decided that I can no longer sustain the working hours that a milkman keeps. I'm not a spring chicken! Different pastures beckon! With immediate effect I will no longer be delivering your milk.
You may have noticed that over the last few months you've had a different delivery boy, that's Callum. You will also be aware of changes to delivery days to suit his preferences. This seems to have been a largely uneventful transition and I thank you for your patience.
Deliveries will continue as normal and there should be no interruption.
Should you encounter any issues or wish to make changes to your order you can contact Hanover Dairies on 01914 149300.
For all delivery queries and changes please text Callum on 07359 186085, remembering to add your name and delivery address to any messages so that he knows who, and where, you are.

A huge fire in Darlington ( Albert Hill) has prevented me from accessing my fridge and collecting the milk overnight to make my deliveries. I now have access and am starting deliveries. Apologies to all of today’s customers, please be patient,myself and daughter #3 are on our way!

Our eldest daughter gets married this Friday. I was supposed to be on holiday this week and managed two days!!! now unfortunately the relief delivery driver has contracted COVID and is having to self isolate. There is no one else to cover my round. This means that I am forced to make Friday and Thursday’s deliveries tonight ( Wednesday 23rd).
So please, if you find milk on your doorstep that you would normally get on a Friday, or earlier than expected please don’t be alarmed, please don’t text, or call. It’s not a mistake.
I just hope I’ll have the energy to walk her down the aisle!
