Today, Darlington & District Ladies Bowls League (DDLBL) has it’s opening day at South Park. Richmond has 6 ladies taking part. This year, the host Club – South Park, has nominated Women’s Refuge Darlington as the chosen charity for the League to raise funds for. Last year, Richmond was the host club and nominated Herriot Hospice and over £800 was raised. Well done to all who helped last year and lets have another good year!

Bowls Open Day - Saturday 31st May 2025 @ 1100-1500hrs

Whether you’ve never played before or just fancy a relaxed day out, you’re warmly invited to join us on the green. We’ll provide all the equipment you need — simply wear flat-soled shoes if you have them (we’ve got spares in the clubhouse if not).
