Bright airy DIY stables have come available on our small, friendly livery yard between Richmond, Darlington and Barnard Castle. Easy to get to and just 5minutes from a66 with true all year round turn out- horses aren't made to come in in even the wettest of winters. CCTV across the farm for added security. There is a yard manager on site whom can offer extras at competitive daily rates for turn out; bring in; muck out etc and someone on site through the night as well.

All livery includes staw and forage in the price.

Facilities:
Flood lit all weather 30x40 arena newly resurfaced in 2022 Which never has standing water even in the worst winters) with show jumps for use. Fantastic off road hacking around newly planted grass margins and woodland on the 900acre farm along with good circular track and road hacking with access to many bridleways near by.
15acres of grass turnout planted this summer allowing for individual turnout from summer 2025 along with long standing 30 acres of grassland in small or larger herd turnout - down to owner preference once paddocks are available.

All year turn out in large fields with plenty of grass.
Straw and forage included in the price.
Off road hacking on farm tracks and through woods available all year round,. Lots of bridleways near by and plenty of circular road hacking routes of differing lengths. Also, access to stubble fields during summer.
30×40 all weather, floodlit arena with recent surface upgrade of silicone sand and fibre available for use by all liveries. Grass dressage arena available (weather dependant) during the summer months. There is also a full set of jump for joy show jumps ,on grass during the summer, available via separate arrangement.

Need livery with a true all weather arena that doesn't resemble a lake to ride in during the winter months and turn out for your horse no matter the weather? We have a newly surfaced flood lit all weather arena (no water on the surface even after all the rain we've had!) And all year round turn out: no requirement to bring horses in for bad weather!
