Only the one that you will stick to.

If only being a vegan is what keeps you happy and on track? perfect.

If a meat only diet is what keeps you happy and on track? Perfect.

Only having one meal a day or eating within a certain time frame keeps you happy and on track? Perfect.

There’s hundreds of ways to skin a cat, there’s hundreds of ways for you to get fit and lose fat.

If it’s working don’t try and fix it, just keep adding on.

The best investment you’ll make is having someone to hold you accountable to get you to where YOU want to be.

I’ve always had accountability…

From my dad making sure I’m training properly for boxing.

My Jiu jitsu coaches and team mates pushing me to train everyday because if I’m not training they are, and they’re gonna make me suffer for it 🥲

And my current boxing coach, I’ve made sure to book in every Thursday morning, and work on getting fitter to keep up with the sessions 🥊

You can go far on your own, but you’ll go further with help from the right people.
