Mon. 6pm ladies only, 7pm seniors and carded juniors
Wed. 5.20 juniors, 6.10 juniors. 7pm seniors OPEN GYM* only £3.
Thu. 6pm juniors (12-16), 7pm seniors.

*Open gym on Wed, book on via class for kids as normal.

🥊SENIOR BOXERS🥊

Can I ask that if you are attending our classes, you book on in good time.

a lot have been booking on as they arrive at the centre and wait to go in, but by this time the coaches and staff have already started the other sessions.

I understand there will be last minute bookings, but at the moment we are having up to 8 people book last minute which throws our numbers out. And it’s always good to know in advance who we have to plan the session.

Thanks for your assistance, any comebacks please fire away.
