Did you know we offer 1-1, 2-1 and small group personal training?

We offer a 30 minute free ‘get to know you’ call. Providing an open space for you to talk through what you are looking for from training and ask us any questions you may have.

All personal training sessions are lead by our coach Jasmine, either in person or via Zoom.

A few friendly reminders for next week, whilst navigating lockdown 2.0;

It’s ok to work from home in active wear and not workout.
It’s ok to eat even if you haven’t moved much.
It’s ok if you don’t workout today…or this week.
It’s ok if you choose to walk over a run.
It’s ok to choose strength training and yoga over high intensity workouts.
It’s ok if you feel detached from your routine.
It’s ok to feel tired even if you haven’t done much.
It’s ok to scale the movements.
It’s ok that you aren’t doing what you see on Instagram.
It’s ok to listen to your body and do what feels right for you.

Just because we have been here before doesn’t mean it won’t be difficult the second time around. We are allowed to struggle, it only makes us human. Here are a few feel good things that make the big things become a little smaller:

Sleep
Meditate
Smile
Journal
Call a loved one
Check in with a friend
Walk
Do something nice for someone, for no reason other than to be nice
Listen to a podcast
Dance around your living room to your favourite song
Eat food that makes you feel good
Drink water
Cuddle a furry animal
Buy a coffee from an independent coffee shop
Exercise
Read a book
Water your plants
Turn off social media
Turn off the news
Hug someone in your bubble
