We are a friendly, female based club in Berkshire, offering netball opportunities for both junior and adult players across a range of ages and abilities.

The club has a strong junior section supporting player development, alongside multiple senior teams.

✨Join us to celebrate 25 years of Thunderbirds Netball Club ✨

We’re hosting a special evening and welcoming present and past members to join us on the 12th of September. The evening will involve a 3-course meal, DJ and video booth, it’s guaranteed to be a great night 🕺🏻

To secure your spot, simply transfer £25 to the Thunderbirds account by Thursday 20th of August with your name as reference. For further information, drop us a DM.

It’s official, the 2025/2026 RDNL season has come to an end… and with that comes lots of awards and trophies! 🏆

It’s been an amazing season for the club, with awards being won by all teams who played and competed in the Reading Netball League.

A big congratulations and here’s to another fabulous season!!!

🏐 Thunderbirds Netball Trials – Final Session! 🏐

Thunderbirds are holding trials next week for anyone interested in joining the Reading District Netball League, which plays on Wednesday evenings.

We also have an open training session this evening (9 June) if you'd like to come along, meet the team, and see what we're all about.

We're particularly keen to recruit more shooters, so if you play GS, GA, or can cover shooting positions, we'd love to see you at training or trials.

Our final trial session will take place on Tuesday, 16 June, from 7:30pm to 9:00pm at Theale Green School.

Thunderbirds Netball Club is a social and competitive club and we are holding trials for players who would like to join a team in the Reading District Netball League.

We currently have teams competing across all divisions, with opportunities to play on Saturdays and also progress into the Premier Divisions.

A week of win’s for our RDNL teams! 💪🏼

TB1 vs TB5 (derby day!)

It’s always a good and close game for the teams, and they started strong with TB1 just about taking the lead in the first quarter (8 - 5). There was some great play, and TB5 managed to pick up some loose balls and turnover to goal. TB1 managed to widen the game slightly going into the third quarter, but TB5 still kept a good fight. Final score 39 - 28 to TB1.

TB3 vs Scorpions

It was a great game for the team, they started off strong and managed to turnover ball. The final score was 31 - 16.
