What we do in our workout:
•Push ups
•Pull ups
•Dips
•Squats
•Sit ups... Simple! Stick to the basics... and you will suceed. We choose not lift weights, curl dumbells or bench-press and we do not use supplements.. yet we will not hate you if you do, its a personal choice :) We try to keep it as "El Naturel" as possible. If you have any questions on our diet, methods, techniques or where we are training today please don't hesitate to contact us. We look forward to training with you no matter what level you are! we will do our best to guide you :)
