Make a splash and join the fun!

Calling all swimmers aged 60+! Get together with friends, form a team of up to 6, and take on the Better Club Games Timed Swim of 2026. Swim as many lengths as you can in 45 minutes - it’s all about teamwork, fun and staying active!

Our 20th Anniversary for the Club Games, Timed Swim will be taking place on Wednesday 30th September, 9:30 – 11:30am at Rivermead Leisure Centre.

This is your chance to deliver safe, consistent swimming lessons that give people real confidence in the water – and an invaluable life skill.

You’ll need to be STA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualified. Knowledge of health, safety and other relevant legislation will be vital too, as will an understanding of Child Protection Policy.
