This one will test your engine, teamwork and determination as you battle for every metre.

BUY IN
Before you hit the lanes, you and your partner will complete a YGIG on the C2 Bike:

🚴 Level 1: 2.5km
🚴 Level 2: 3km

Once the buy-in is complete, it's time to conquer the lanes.

🚨 28 DAY BEGINNER PROGRAM

Starting Tuesday 23rd June at 7:30pm

Are you nervous about joining a gym?

Not sure where to start or worried you won't fit in?

Our 28 Day Beginner Program has been designed specifically for people who are new to fitness or looking to get back into exercise in a supportive, friendly environment.

βœ… Train alongside other beginners just like you
βœ… Small group sessions every Tuesday & Thursday at 7:30pm
βœ… Experienced coaches to support and encourage you every step of the way
βœ… Build confidence, strength and fitness at your own pace
βœ… Progress towards joining our regular classes

This is the perfect opportunity to start your fitness journey with the guidance and support you need.

We're starting our first intake on Tuesday 23rd June and spaces are limited.

⚠️ Once this intake is full, the next intake won't be available until the end of July.

There is an upfront commitment fee for the program, helping to keep you committed and accountable throughout the 28 days.

⚠️ Workout Standards
Athletes must complete the Rower buy in before moving to BB COMPLEX

Each athlete must complete all 12 deadlifts, 9 hang cleans, and 6 push presses before their partner can begin their round.

Once Athlete 1 finishes the full sequence, Athlete 2 takes over and completes the full sequence.

Continue alternating for the duration of the workout.

Score = Total Complete Rounds

➑️ At minute 4 & 8 stop and complete another 16 Sync DB Hang Snatches before getting back on the SkiErg
