長者班健體班
主要以簡單太極健體動作去訓練長者腳步重心,平衡力,改善跌倒問題,儘量以簡單動作,鍛練呼吸方法,肌肉無力問題。在過程中不需記套拳,讓長者容易記憶及安全地練習
