I have been practicing Wu Style Tai Chi for many years and am currently teaching Tai Chi health and practical techniques in Reading.
鍛鍊吳家太極多年,現在於雷丁教授太極養生和實用技巧 麥偉倫,15年開始私人教授太極,
對象為中學生、職青、中年人、老人家。
期間也有和學校機構合作:
曾於基督教宣道會五旬節堂睦鄰中心教健體太極班,
曾於佛教黃鳳翎中學教初中生自衛術。
主要教授實戰散手、自衛術、108式套拳、推手、養生太極動作。
本身也是青少年工作者,所以也特別想以太極去幫助青少年去發洩精力,控制情緒,保護自己。

也有豐富學校講員經驗,由2003年開始,於全港百多間中、小學校,以武術和各類型表演,主講德育專題或基督教

​RAYMARK, began privately teaching Tai Chi in 2015. During this time, he has also collaborated with various school institutions:
Taught a fitness Tai Chi class at the Christian & Missionary Alliance Pentecostal Neighbourhood Centre. Taught self-defense to junior secondary students at Buddhist Wong Fung Ling College. He primarily teaches practical Tai Chi, self-defense techniques, the 108-move Tai Chi form, push hands, and health-focused Tai Chi movements. As a youth worker himself, he is especially passionate about using Tai Chi to help young people release energy, manage emotions, and protect themselves. He also has extensive experience as a guest speaker in schools. Since 2003, he has given over 200 talks at more than 100 primary and secondary schools across Hong Kong, using martial arts and various performances to lead sessions on moral education or Christian topics. 長者班健體班
主要以簡單太極健體動作去訓練長者腳步重心,平衡力,改善跌倒問題,儘量以簡單動作,鍛練呼吸方法,肌肉無力問題。在過程中不需記套拳,讓長者容易記憶及安全地練習

Senior Fitness Class
The focus is on simple Tai Chi movements to train seniors in balance, weight distribution, and reduce the risk of falls. The exercises emphasize breathing techniques and address issues like muscle weakness. There is no need to memorize forms, making it easier for seniors to practice safely.
