Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that carries messages between nerve cells in the brain and throughout the body. It plays a key role in regulating mood, sleep, digestion, nausea, wound healing, bone health, blood clotting, and sexual desire 1. Serotonin is synthesized in the body from the essential amino acid tryptophan 1. The process of synthesizing serotonin involves the conversion of tryptophan to 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) by the enzyme tryptophan hydroxylase 2. 5-HTP is then converted to serotonin by the enzyme aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase 2. Most of the serotonin found in the body is in the gastrointestinal tract, where it regulates intestinal movements 3. Only about 10% of serotonin is produced in the brain 1.

hat is dopamine?
Dopamine is a type of monoamine neurotransmitter. It’s made in your brain and acts as a chemical messenger, communicating messages between nerve cells in your brain and your brain and the rest of your body.

Dopamine also acts as a hormone. Dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine are the main catecholamines (a label based on having part of the same molecular structure). These hormones are made by your adrenal gland, a small hat-shaped gland located on top of each of your kidneys. Dopamine is also a neurohormone released by the hypothalamus in your brain.

What’s the role of dopamine in my body?
Dopamine plays a role in many body functions.

As a neurotransmitter, dopamine is involved in:

Movement.
Memory.
Pleasurable reward and motivation.
Behaviour and cognition.
Attention.
Sleep and arousal.
Mood.
Learning.
Lactation.
As a hormone, dopamine is released into your bloodstream. It plays a small role in the “fight-or-flight” syndrome. The fight-or-flight response refers to your body’s response to a perceived or real stressful situation, such as needing to escape danger.

The skeletal system provides the body with structural support and protection for internal organs. It is made up of bones, cartilage, and ligaments. The skeletal system also plays a crucial role in movement by providing attachment points for muscles2.

The muscular system is responsible for generating force and movement in the body. It is made up of three types of muscles: skeletal, cardiac, and smooth. Skeletal muscles are attached to bones and are responsible for voluntary movement, such as walking or lifting weights. Cardiac muscle is found in the heart and is responsible for pumping blood throughout the body. Smooth muscle is found in the walls of internal organs and is responsible for involuntary movements, such as the contraction of the stomach during digestion.

i think i know what new bounce feel rapture is going to create. i realised banging send you off to the race entry for liveness. get of also sends you on a race via bounce- race to kill off. rhythm is the fundamental that allows banging and bounce to work together.. get off bounce. banging essence. get of for soul and essence for spirit. thats my current lab session theory.

timing= how much you can fit between the kick and snare as a basic understanding of timing.. you can fit 3 things in 1 kick eg 3 moves or basics or ideas or a story ( a structure of abc). remember a kick is 1 sound but has a beginning middle and end.. even if the middle sounds the same as the beginning and end it still fades out and in.. musicality + timing when banging and bouncing its gg street dance world. bounce gets off and bang sets of essence. hype comes based on musicality and timing (of get off and essence). musicality is part of get off for those at the back.. check (ig) for get off.. Style beats illusions.. power beats style. illusions beat power.. without all three in your arsenal as a krumper you will fall cause you get off and essence is not complete.. you cant just win with power and expansion/illusion with your bounce and bang. it needs style ... timing is the artistic math and sport musicality is the artistic matter and energy together it creates KILL OFFS!!!!!!!!

shadow the hedgehog/krumper - a gem or chaos emerald to give away.. Inspired by a move called ' the run' in krump and rnb's run in the dance (like rnb singing). VERY SIMPLE EASY TO LEARN but not easy to kill off...
1. CONCEPT NUMBER 1- (theory)- its similar to the dance mat arcade game from back in the day. you see the notes coming.. you just cant see the notes coming. remember its still the same beat pattern and mood when playing the dance mat game...
2. FINAL COCNEPT- Practical- reaction timing is your best friend like the dance mat. you can be behind 4 high hats or ahead of 4 high hats or perfect timing on the 4 high hats in the music. for arguments sake lets say the 4 high hats are always on the same place in the music per bar like the beat on 1 and 2, 3 and 4. whys this important? you can work with a loop.. SO THE TRICK- remember you can always double time your 4 high hats so you have now done 4 high hats in hte space of just 2 high hats in the music (FAST) means youe done 8 high hats within the 4 high hats in the music.. or you can do 8 high hats thats on time with the first 4 high hats in the music and your extra 4 high hats thats now ahead of the original. you can do 2 high hats in the space of the original 4 high hats. whats so important? you can be behind or ahead of the high hats. the high hats is like the pace and race. you being ahead of them or behind them is part of the run. means you can step once and hold to hit all 4 high hats on time or ahead of time or behind time- think of it like super powers- i stomp on the 1 count which cracks the ground which is heard via the 4 high hats. you need to be able to focus on the music so people can catch your story in this fashion like the dance mat. have to see the music behind you and infront as every 8 count is a loop and teh high hat in theory should always land by your feet if you are still like the dance mat but i can step backwards as if im going up and down the 8 count picking the notes that are there... 9 counts is now like a treadmill that just loops round and like the treadmill you can still run or walk to the front of the machine and the back or side to side or spin round if that skilled on your feet and my persona favourite jump hop skip bounce around on the treadmill to the music.. the pace of the treadmill doesnt matter you should always know how to be on beat and follow the pace mood ect of the music!!!!!!!

dark matter and dark energy could be like the skin of the body. layers and layers to keep the body together but when we zoom into the skin its nothing but whole and when you zoom in further cells and atoms ect.. if not dark matter and dark energy which would be a cool theory. its like the universe as a whole then as there is so much space on a quantum physics level that's empty.. wood or air. metal or eather... each organ from the endocrine system has a type of sense.. muscle has a type and so does the nervous system.. in the gym. if you can focus your senses from your face when pushing and let go of the gym stereotype you will be able to push with SPIRITUAL ENERGY and other forms of energy and can stop just depending on physical energy or on the physical form of matter.. when doing a squat you may be grounded BUT you can be light or heavy... you can also bounce in the mist of a squat or deadlift and believe me you can also jump!!!!!!!
