Fitness training is not just about physical effort, but also mental attitude.

Your mindset can be the determining factor in achieving your fitness goals.

A positive mindset can keep you motivated and push you through challenges, while a negative mindset can sabotage your efforts 🤯

A strong mindset involves setting realistic goals and committing to them. It requires patience, perseverance, and a willingness to push past comfort zones.

WHAT IS YOUR GYM SPLIT?

If you don't have a structured plan in the gym, more often than not you wont achieve the results you are looking for.

Above are some of the standard gym splits that you'll see in the gym today.

Each gym split should be personalised to the individual. For example, some people are free every evening, some people may only be free 1 or 2 evenings and some people no evenings at all.

Getting the right split that works and is sustainable for YOU is a fundamental part of keeping you on track to achieving your goals.

With my online clients I take time in understanding and analysing their work schedule, social life, family time & downtime to create them the best gym split to work for them.

We are half way through February, 6 weeks since we all pledged to create the best versions of ourselves in 2023

Unfortunately this is also around the time our resolutions may begin to become mentally draining.

As a weight loss coach, I understand that mindset plays a vital role in achieving weight loss goals

A positive mindset can help you stay consistent with your diet and exercise plan, overcome obstacles and ultimately reach your goal

Remember to focus on the present moment, set small achievable goals, and be kind to yourself

Motivation is crucial for reaching your body transformation targets 🎯

It's important to have a clear vision of what you want to achieve and to create a plan to get there

Surrounding yourself with positive, supportive individuals who will encourage and motivate you is a great way to keep motivated

But here are the 6 best ways to find motivation on your own:

👀 Keep visual cues out that remind you of your goals

🎶 Carefully build your perfect workout playlist

☕️ Don't be afraid to utilise caffeine

🐢 Start off slow and steady to avoid burnout

🪞 Visualise your goals - what will that look like?

🏋️ Think about how you'll feel after you get it done
