13kg down in just 3½ months.

The end of prep is finally here, and in a matter of days I’ll be stepping on stage to compete in Men’s Physique.

It’s been a tough journey. Early mornings, daily cardio, carefully balancing my macros, slowly reducing calories, managing fatigue, and staying focused when things got uncomfortable. But that’s exactly what prep is all about.

One question I get asked all the time is:

“How do you stay motivated?”

The truth is, I don’t like the word motivation.

Anyone can feel motivated on a good day. Motivation comes and goes.

What really gets results is consistency and self-discipline.

Showing up when you’re tired.
Showing up when progress slows.
Showing up when nobody is watching.

That’s where real transformations happen.

The same message I give myself is the same message I give my clients every week. And it’s incredible seeing the progress being made across the SB Body Boost team right now.

This year is shaping up to be a special one, and I truly believe we’re going to see some exceptional achievements from the team both on stage and in everyday transformations.

3 weeks out from and the grind continues 💪

Just completed a pull session and the goal right now is simple — maintain the strength and weights I built during the winter bulk.

When calories are low, energy is down, and you’re deep in a deficit, lifting heavy definitely feels harder… but that’s the point. Keep pushing, keep training hard, and keep giving the body a reason to hold onto that muscle.

Conditioning is coming in nicely and the focus stays the same every single day 👊

The goals are BIG:🏆 Tristan pushing for that UKUP Pro Card in Men’s Physique🏆 and .garrett stepping on the UKUP stage for the very first time🏆 And myself heading into NABBA ready to bring my best

Since December, Travis has dropped an incredible 18lbs — and this is exactly what consistency looks like.

Every single morning at 5:45am he shows up, puts in the work using the workouts from my app, and sticks to his meal plan religiously. No shortcuts, just discipline and effort day after day.

The fat loss and definition we’re already seeing is unreal… and honestly, we’ve only just started.

The last couple of weeks haven’t gone exactly to plan.
A chest infection and some rough sleep meant I had one week where I only trained twice — something that honestly hasn’t happened in years.

Old me would’ve tried to push through.
But training when you’re unwell isn’t “hardcore” — it’s counter-productive. Your body needs energy to recover, not more stress. Forcing sessions when you’re sick only delays progress and increases injury risk.

The positive?
That small step back actually turned into a reset.
Mentally and physically I feel refreshed, hunger is high, recovery is solid, and I’ve bounced back exactly to the bodyweight I want going into the final month of the bulk before prep starts.

Sometimes the smartest move is knowing when to pull back so you can come back stronger.

Really looking forward to starting this prep properly and joining the team at who’ll be guiding me all the way through.

Trust the process. Even the pauses have a purpose. 💪

💥 It’s not just gym programs at SB Body Boost! 💥

While many of my clients train in the gym, I also provide home workout options that can be added straight to your app access — so you’re covered no matter what.

Let’s be real: life gets busy. Work, family, travel, illness, motivation dips… sometimes getting to the gym just isn’t possible — and that’s okay. That’s exactly why these home workouts exist.

In fact, some of my clients have even done them while on holiday, keeping consistent without needing a gym at all! 🌴💪

All you need is a set of resistance bands (around £15) and you’re good to go.

The program follows a structured Push / Pull / Legs split with added core work, so you’re still getting a balanced, effective training plan whether you’re at home, away, or just short on time.
