Follow Harry’s 3 simple tips to get the most from this fantastic glute and hamstring exercise:
1️⃣ Keep a neutral spine and hinge at the hips.
Maintain a flat back throughout the movement and push your hips backwards rather than bending through your spine.
2️⃣ Keep the bar close to your body
The bar should travel down your legs, staying close to your thighs and shins for better control and technique.
3️⃣ Drive forward with your glutes
At the top of the movement, squeeze your glutes and drive your hips forward to stand tall.
Mastering these three points will help you lift more effectively, target the right muscles, and reduce the risk of injury. 💪
