I’m honestly so grateful for the support over the past couple of months - I’m only just getting round to advertising and I’ve already welcomed lots of lovely new clients, and I’m so blessed that all of my existing clients made the move with me and are loving the new space 🥹❤️

My goal has always been to make every client feel at ease from day one. We train properly, we stay consistent, but we also keep things relaxed, have a laugh and make it something you look forward to each week.

When Paul came to me, lower body training had to be approached with extreme care. Years of high-level sport had taken its toll, and after double hip replacement surgery he was understandably cautious, stiff, and very limited in mobility.
