365 days straight in the gym.
A challenge that truly tested my discipline, willpower, and mindset. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who supported me throughout the journey—those small messages along the way made a bigger difference than you know. Being held accountable day after day kept me going; without that support, I probably wouldn’t have made it past the first month.
With that said, I wouldn’t recommend training every single day without rest.
This was simply a personal challenge to build discipline and lock in a positive habit—one that ultimately pushed me to hit milestones in the gym I probably wouldn’t have reached otherwise.
This new year, if you’ve started strong in January before but struggled to stay consistent, let’s lock in. I’m offering 5 individuals the opportunity to commit fully and elevate their fitness journey this year.
