π΄π§ββοΈ Yoga for Healthy Sleep π§ββοΈπ΄
Join us for a six-week therapeutic course to develop healthy patterns of restful sleep:
β’ Learn a range of yoga practices, including movement and postures, breathwork and relaxation, to prepare your body and mind for sleep
β’ Find out how the principles of ayurveda (the traditional Indian system of lifestyle medicine) can support you
β’ Receive practical guidance, lifestyle coaching and a range of written and audio resources
This course is offered by Sarah Read, a qualified and experienced Yoga Therapy Practitioner. Sarah also has a background working in the NHS as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, delivering interventions such as Sleep Hygiene.
Mondays 18:30-20:00, 15th April to 20th May 2024
Beaumont House, Stoughton Drive South, Oadby LE2 2NA (overlooking the University of Leicester Botanic Garden). Full disabled access, parking available on-site.
This course is suitable for adults of all ages and levels of ability. No previous experience of yoga necessary, beginners welcome.
Β£100 per person for a six week course.
