Weston lawns round up so far🥰🥰.
Day 1;
Topaz 🤎 jumps clear to come 9th/70 qualifying for Monday’s final🏅, feeling so so game and happy to be at a show!
Bailey🤍 first ever SJ show, first time jumping a full course, only 5th time jumping under saddle entirely😂. Throwing him in the deep end with a huge atmosphere but in true angelic Bailey fashion he comes out as cool as a cucumber for 5th in the 60cm club class🥹.
Treo🖤 only her second stay away show & second BS show. She came 7th in the 70cm club, and 6th in the 80cm🫶🏻
Day 2;
Topaz🤎 jumps another quick clear to come 4th and in the money🏅 think we both smiled all the way around, just having the absolute best time with my main man!
Bailey🤍 did his first ever 70cm club, such a sweet round. Just a mistake in both doubles, one was him just having a green pole, the other was totally my fault trying to put 3 strides in a 2🫣🫣🫣 he’s such an honest boy and went on the 3 taking the pole with him….🫠🫠 but finished sweetly- couldn’t get a much more genuine 4yo!
Treo🖤 pulled it out the bag producing a lovely fast clear to come 5th/33 in the 80cm, she felt absolutely mega and being sooo careful. We entered our first 85cm on a ticket, a rushed warm up meant both of us lost our heads a bit so it wasn’t the prettiest round but we got round😆, she never says no to anything, just about finding a rhythm.
I couldn’t praise these two young horses enough. They are really soaking up the atmosphere and just taking it all on, neither of them are spooky and both trying their hardest🫶🏻. Topaz is loovviiingg being here, showing the youngsters what it’s all about🤪.
