Training something different challenges your body in completely new ways. Different movements, different muscles, different mindset — and sometimes that’s exactly what your body needs. 💪🔥

There’s something incredibly motivating about stepping into someone else’s world, learning from people who are truly amazing at what they do, and seeing the passion, discipline and knowledge they bring to their craft.
I have so much respect for people who are masters of their game. 🙌😎

LAST WEEK OF THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS… and we’re getting ready for YOU! 🫠⛅️👀

And looking on that all messages and email we’ve been getting… our kids’ groups are growing — not only at the gym, but for our school sessions too! 👏🥰
