- One to One Sessions
- Small Group Sessions
- 6, 8 or 12 week Training Programmes (Can be done all online for those lacking time to train in person or are confident with different exercise techniques)

If there is anything else you would require please feel free to ask me and i will do my best to accommodate. Qualifications:
Level 3 Diploma in Fit

ness Instructing and Personal Training
Level 2 Diploma in Fitness Instructing, Sales and Business Skills
Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work
